Getting started
Do I need to install anything or set up a server?
No. QFlow is a web-based SaaS — all you need is a browser. Your 14-day free trial starts right after sign-up.
Do I need a payment method for the free trial?
No. After the trial ends the workspace becomes read-only; add a payment method to keep using it.
How long does it take to get started?
You can start immediately. The onboarding wizard guides you through company, customer, and part setup, and you can optionally install sample data to explore the full flow first.
How do I invite teammates?
Create an invite link under Settings > Members. Permissions are split by role — Admin, Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, and Viewer.
Product & modules
What features do you provide?
Nine modules — Document Control, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, NCR/8D/CAPA, Change Management (MOC), Supplier Management, and Internal Audit — plus a dashboard.
What about the Excel sheets and templates I already use?
Upload your original files to the Document Control module to manage revisions and approval history. Core tools like PFMEA and Control Plan are authored directly in their modules.
Do the modules connect to each other?
Yes — PFMEA rows flow into the Control Plan automatically, audit findings link to nonconformances (NCRs), and traceability is kept across the core tools.
Can I print documents or export to PDF?
PFMEA, Control Plan, and NCR/8D reports have A4 print views for audits and customer submissions.
Can I explore with sample data first?
Yes. During onboarding you can install example data in one click to see the whole flow, and remove it anytime under Settings > Master Data.
Billing & plans
How much does it cost?
There are three flat monthly plans — Starter, Growth, and Pro. See the pricing page for amounts.
Is there a user limit per plan?
Yes. You can invite up to 5 users on Starter, 25 on Growth, and 100 on Pro. When you reach the limit, upgrade to a higher plan to add more.
How does billing work?
Your registered card is charged automatically each month (via Toss Payments). There's no contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime under Settings > Billing with no penalty. You keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Security & data
Is our company data isolated?
Yes — row-level security (RLS) isolates data at the database layer, so no other company can access yours.
Is the data backed up?
Data is stored in managed PostgreSQL (Supabase) and backed up regularly at the infrastructure level.
Is our data ours? Can we export it?
You own your data. You can download your uploaded document files at any time.
Is it tracked who changed what?
Every key change is recorded in a hash-chained audit log, and authoring, review, and approval are separated (SoD) to protect record integrity.
IATF & certification
Does using QFlow guarantee IATF 16949 certification?
Certification is decided by an audit, so no tool can guarantee it. QFlow helps you maintain the records, approvals, and traceability an audit requires as part of daily work.
What standards and formats do you follow?
QFlow follows IATF 16949 and the AIAG-VDA core tool structure (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA, and more).
How does it help with audit preparation?
It gathers traceability, approval history, and objective evidence in one place, reducing the burden of pulling together records scattered across spreadsheets and shared folders.
