No. QFlow is a web-based SaaS — all you need is a browser. Your 30-day free trial starts right after sign-up.

Does the free trial require a payment method?

No. When the trial ends your workspace becomes read-only, and registering a payment method resumes full access.

What about our existing Excel and document templates?

Upload original files to the Document Control module to manage revisions and approval history. Core tools like PFMEA and Control Plans are authored directly in their modules.

Is our company data isolated?

Tenant data is separated at the database layer with row-level security (RLS), and every change is recorded in a hash-chained audit log.

Does QFlow guarantee IATF 16949 certification?

Certification is decided by audits, so no tool can guarantee it. QFlow helps you maintain the records, approvals, and traceability auditors expect as part of daily work.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime in Settings > Billing. There are no contracts or penalties.
